The reason why we have to be able to do everything that we want to because we can’t create our own self-aware character is because we are too lazy to think for ourselves. The reason is, that our thoughts and feelings are too old. There’s no point in getting used to thinking about what we think, or why we’re doing it, until our mind is getting a little too old already.
The good thing about being able to do everything that we want to is that it takes away the stress of worrying. We have the power of choice. We cant change our minds, and we cant change our thoughts, but we can choose how we do things. The thing that most people don’t realize is that stress is not about what we think, but the way we think.
A lot of people are aware that stress is at all times a form of negative judgment. It’s a way of saying “I wish I could do this, but…” and knowing that if you do something you wont be able to do it, and you might get it wrong. It’s also a way of saying “I think this is stupid…” and knowing that you might be wrong too. These mental states are known as negative and positive judgments.
