I am a little biased, but I am a big fan of yoga. It’s an incredible way to relieve stress, improve flexibility, and increase overall mental clarity. Not only is this a great way to get healthy, it is also a great way to stretch out your body.

It’s a blend of Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga that was designed for people who need an additional push to get their body moving and get rid of those extra pounds.
In a word, it’s a combination of yoga and cardio. That’s why it’s called ‘Vinyasa flow.’ It basically means ‘vinyasa’ is a ‘flow’ of the breath, whereas Ashtanga means ‘ashtanga’ is ‘flow of the body’.
But at the same time, there is no one right yoga style or technique. Just like there is no one right style of eating or sleeping, there is no one right style of exercise. There is just one kind of yoga that works for you. So if you think you might be a Vinyasa yoga fan, you aren’t alone. There are also those who think you should do more Ashtanga, and there are those who think you should do more Vinyasa.
So what are the differences? Well Ashtanga is probably the most well known and popular style of yoga, whereas Vinyasa is very popular in the east, but also in the west. I personally prefer Vinyasa, because my form of yoga is much more intense, and more focused. But I also practice Ashtanga, which I think is more beneficial for people who are very active.

One of the easiest ways to increase flexibility is to do yoga. I’ve taken it a few times over the years and have been amazed at the results. To be honest, I haven’t tried yoga for years, but I was able to do it once and get a great deal out of it. I have to say that I have yet to find a yoga teacher that is as flexible as the instructor in these courses.
